Shipping Policy
At this point in time I am only offering shipping to Australia and New Zealand. I will be extending shipping worldwide as soon as possible and will update my shipping policy when this change is put in place.

Return & Exchange Policy
Please ensure you carefully review our size guide before placing your order to ensure your Coastal Cove Collective swimwear will be a perfect fit. In the event that you placed the incorrect size in your cart or want to size up or size down, we do offer size exchanges, on the condition that requests for an exchange are placed within 30 days of receiving your swimwear. Requests will only be approved if the product/s are in new condition with hygiene stickers still in place.
Please note that because our swimwear is hand made and limited, there may be a chance that we no longer have the size and style you are looking for. If this is the case we are more than happy to offer you store credit to choose another item instead.
We are unable to refund the cost of shipping in the event that you would like to change sizes.

We are unable to process refunds for changes of mind at this point in time. However, I am confident that my product will provide 100% customer satisfaction and will leave you feeling radiant and ready to soak up the summer sun. In the event that you change your mind about your order, we can issue you store credit for the purchased item/s, however we are unable to refund the cost of shipping. If you would like to return your order for store credit you must request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, and return the items to us with hygiene stickers still in place. Once inspected we may approve the return and issue you with a store credit voucher.

If in the unlikely event there is a manufacturing fault in your swimwear, please do not hesitate to contact me. I will gladly offer a refund for manufacturing errors if you request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. These refunds will be approved and processed upon the return and inspection of the item. Shipping costs will be covered by us in the event that you have received a faulty product.

Refunds and exchanges will not be issued for wear and tear faults and we do not accept returns or refunds for our stickers.
